By buying or using What He Won’t Say (the “guide”) or using this site, you agree to these terms. The seller is Aleksander Andriiash, a sole proprietor doing business as What He Won’t Say (“we”).

1. What you’re buying. A digital guide in PDF format, available to download right after purchase. Price: $17 USD, or $24 USD for the Guide + 25 Scripts, paid once. Payment is processed by lava.top, and their terms apply to the payment itself.

2. Educational content only. The guide shares how a lot of men think, from a man’s point of view. It isn’t therapy, counseling, medical advice, or legal advice, and it isn’t written by a licensed professional. It can’t diagnose you, your partner, or your relationship. You’re responsible for your own decisions. If you’re in danger, call 911 or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

3. No promised results. Every relationship is different. We don’t promise that your partner will change, that your relationship will improve, or any other specific outcome.

4. Your license. When you buy the guide, you get a personal, non-transferable right to read it and keep copies for your own use on your own devices. You may not resell, share publicly, post online, or redistribute it, in whole or in part. All content is owned by Aleksander Andriiash, a sole proprietor doing business as What He Won’t Say and protected by copyright to the extent the law allows.

5. Refunds. See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund within 30 days of purchase.

6. Delivery problems. If your guide doesn’t arrive or won’t open, email support@whathewontsay.com and we’ll send it again or help you fix it.

7. Limitation of liability. The guide and site are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the guide or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the guide.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the seller is registered, except where the consumer-protection laws of your state give you rights that can’t be waived. Those rights always apply.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
