30-day refund, no reason needed. If What He Won’t Say isn’t what you needed, email support@whathewontsay.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full $17.

How to ask

Email support@whathewontsay.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address and your order number if you have one. You don’t have to give a reason, though we’re grateful if you do.

What happens next

• We’ll confirm by email within 2 business days.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method through our payment processor, lava.top. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
• Because the guide is a digital file, there’s nothing to send back. We simply ask that you delete your copy.

After 30 days

Refunds after 30 days aren’t guaranteed. If something went wrong, such as a double charge or a file that never arrived, email us anyway and we’ll make it right.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. A refund through us is faster than a bank dispute, and it’s the same $17 back to you.
