This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or buy What He Won’t Say, and what we do with it. In this policy, “we” means Aleksander Andriiash, a sole proprietor doing business as What He Won’t Say.
What we collect
- When you buy: your email address and the details of your order (what you bought, when, and the amount). Payment is handled by our payment processor, lava.top. You enter your card details on their checkout page, and we don’t receive or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you visit the site: this site doesn’t use analytics, ad pixels, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
- To deliver your guide and send you order-related emails.
- To answer your questions and process refunds.
- To understand, in general terms, how people use the site so we can improve it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t post, tag, or mention customers on social media.
- We don’t share your information, except with service providers who help us run the business (the payment processor, the email service, website hosting) and only as much as they need to do that job, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal reasons. Support emails are kept as long as they’re useful for answering you, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing support@whathewontsay.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. Some records, such as proof of a sale, may have to be kept for legal reasons. If you live in California or another US state with its own privacy law, you have these rights under that law too.
Children
This site and guide are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
